FREE ESTIMATE

We’ve actually talked quite a bit about this throughout the whole site. So, if you have read any of the other pages you pretty much know this by now! We offer free estimates to our clients. What we do is we go in and we inspect the property and based on what we find we give you the information that you need to make an informed decision. The service is literally free and there are no obligations attached to it. The reason that we provide this service is that we want to make sure that the lack of information is not the reason that people end up with broken homes!

What Does The Estimate Include?

As we mentioned what this service includes is a pretty good run down of the property. If we find anything that we believe could be harmful to your property and should be dealt with then we will let you know. It is really as simple as that. Again we want to stress the fact that we will not push our clients into buying any of our other services when we provide an estimate.

How Often Should I Get My Home Checked?

This is one of the most common questions that people ask us. To be honest, pretty much anyone who calls or any client that we have they end up asking this to us at one point or another. The widely accepted number in the industry is to get your home checked every couple of years. This really varies though. Especially in older houses or places that have a history of foundation problems. There are also certain areas around here where we actually get a lot more soil erosion and things like that. So, actually, the area that you live in could potentially be a factor that could see you getting your home checked out a lot more.

Monitoring Soil Erosion

Soil erosion is an issue that we have to account for on a daily basis in our line of work. As we just mentioned there are areas around here that have a history of homes with problems and the main reason that these homes have issues is because of excessive soil erosion. Since, we have worked in the area for many, many years we keep a record of the most “dangerous” areas. If you have a home near or in these designated areas we will let you know what the best course of action is in dealing with these issues!

Don’t Take The Risk … It’s Free!

As we have said before we provide this free service to keep people informed. We are not going to push into buying anything what we truly want to do is make sure that you are aware of what is going on underneath your home. Even if you are just curious you can give us a call. At the end of the day, you are not losing anything here so it is a win-win on your part!
